It’s that time again! The Paris Adventuress Summer Reading List!
Our Summer list is curated to prepare you for your next trip to Paris (and beyond). If you fell asleep in Comparative Lit class we include two French classics for poolside or the airport. Art lovers will be treated to some biographies of women artists in Paris of the 19th century. I like to nail down a few must-see or must-do stops on my itinerary. Try the new edition of the FROMMER’S 2025 guide. No trip to Paris is complete without something about Marie Antoinette. Her fame has generated many books but who could resist a book about her wigs and headgear? Museum Guides round out the list with a focus on the smaller, less traveled art spaces of Paris. Just Remember: Spontaneity will arise at a moments notice despite your best made plans. So, Embrace the Moment ! See you at the Cafe!
